Contains 1 oz of .9999 pure silver. Issued a face value of $5 (CAD) by the Canadian government. Available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Last of the Birds of Prey coins. Features a frosted relief on the design with a textured background. The “Birds of Prey” series began in 2014 after the success of the Canadian Wildlife series. Each coin was designed by famed artist Emily Damstra. The 4-coin series also includes the Peregrine Falcon, the Red-tailed Hawk, and the Bald Eagle. The 2015 Great Horned Owl is struck in 1 troy oz of .9999 fine silver. The obverse is graced with an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features a close-up photo of the predator in flight. Each coin is from an original mint sealed tube and in remarkable condition (no toning or spotting). All coins from ABS Bullion arrive in new airtight capsules.
